Indoor Class Policies

• Class schedule is released monthly.  We will add more classes as demand grows – don’t worry!

• Class capacity is limited to 8 students.  Limit 2 adults per student, unless you book a private pod. 

• All class visits must be used within the month it is purchased.  VISITS WILL NOT CARRY OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH. 

• RESCHEDULES – you can easily reschedule your class by logging onto our app. 

• Class reschedules/cancellations MUST occur by 8:00am on the day of your scheduled class.

• Membership cancellations MUST occur before your next Bill Date.   

How to Cancel/Reschedule Class – WEBSITE

  1. Click on the orange person icon in the upper right-hand corner and select My Account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Account
  3. Click on the class under the Upcoming tab
  4. Click on the green You’ve reserved 1 spot button on the right side of the screen
  5. Unselect the child and click the Update button

How to Cancel/Reschedule Class – APP

  1. Navigate to the site’s schedule. Tap on the menu button in the upper left-hand corner
  2. Tap on My reservations
  3. Tap on a class under the Upcoming tab
  4. Tap on the green Attending! button at the bottom
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Cancel this reservation link
